Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, the seal must be completely in tact and the item must have been purchased within the last 7 days. The original packaging cannot have been altered in any way. A proof of purchase will also be required whether it is a receipt from the day of purchase or a bank statement verification.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as baked goods, drinks or gum cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Again, once you have verified all the items above, in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately by one of our representatives. Our bank releases funds to our merchant’s bank immediately and a deposit to the original method of payment will be made within 10-14 business days, depending on your financial institution. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All other sales are final.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6012 Linden Road, STE 8, Swartz Creek, MI 48473.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
