Interpretation

Processing Time
All Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from the time orders are received in our online system for our online products only. Special Order products such as flags are an entirely different entity and you will need to speak with your sales rep regarding shipping time and cost for special order items.
Please note that any orders received in our online system after 2pm EST, will not be processed until the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Once your order has been received in our online system, it will then be processed through our inventory, packaged and shipped directly to the address you provided when you placed the order. Once your order has shipped after packaging, you will receive an email from Aerial Marketing Productions™ via the email you provided when you had placed the order. This email will include your tracking number as well as an image of your package that was shipped to you.

CUSTOMS AND DAMAGES
Aerial Marketing Productions™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed
during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Aerial Marketing Productions™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your
Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
